Prenatal Massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes pregnancy, which in turn nurtures the new life that grows within her.  Massage therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Touch is vital to the mother's physical and emotional well-being as she adapts to her new body image.

Infant Massage enhances neural development and body growth, helps parents bond with their babies, improves health, sleep patterns, and reduces colic. Such contact is also found in other mammals where the mother provides tactile stimulation as part of their care through licking, grooming, and physical contact.
